Privacy notice

Gambling Charts is an independently operated research and comparison website. This notice describes the current website and the limited technical information that may be processed when you visit it.

For privacy questions about Gambling Charts, contact privacy@gamblingcharts.com.

Information you actively provide

The current site does not provide user accounts, account registration, comment forms, newsletter sign-ups or contact forms. As a result, the website currently does not ask you to submit personal information through those features.

Technical information

Like most websites, hosting and delivery infrastructure may process technical request information such as IP address, browser or user-agent data, requested URLs, timestamps and security logs in order to serve, secure and troubleshoot the site. Retention and handling of infrastructure logs depend on the providers used for hosting and delivery.

Analytics and advertising trackers

The current Gambling Charts codebase does not intentionally load first-party analytics or advertising-tracking scripts. If analytics, advertising technology or similar tracking is introduced later, this notice and any required consent controls will be reviewed before those features are enabled.

Third-party requests and external links

Some ranking pages may request bookmaker favicon images from Google’s favicon service. That request can expose standard connection information, such as your IP address and browser information, to the third-party service. Links to gambling operators, regulators and support organisations take you to separate websites with their own privacy practices.

Cookies and local storage

Gambling Charts does not currently set optional analytics or advertising cookies through its own application code. Essential or infrastructure-level storage may still be used by hosting, delivery or security providers.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the site’s hosting, features or data practices materially change. The privacy setup should be reviewed again before adding accounts, forms, newsletters, first-party analytics, advertising technology or other features that materially change how visitor information is handled.
