Top lottery betting sites in the UK — ranked by popularity
This chart compares 11 current UK-facing lottery-betting brands using attributable lottery-betting-specific branded Google search demand. These are betting products settled against draw results, not official lottery tickets. GC Score measures relative popularity inside this profile — not payout value, product quality or your chance of winning.
UK lottery betting brands ranked by measured popularity
Each brand contributes one semantically attributable lottery-betting-specific branded search query. “Lotto” and “lottery” wording variants are QA diagnostics only and are never added together or chosen simply because one returns a larger number.
Equal measured inputs remain tied. BoyleSports and Coral share #4; Lottomart and The Pools share #10 rather than receiving artificial differences the signal does not support.

Betfred has the highest measured lottery-betting-specific branded search popularity in this UK comparison. It does not automatically mean the brand has the best odds, widest draw choice, highest payout or best experience for you.
How to use the ranking
Use popularity to shortlist; compare the betting product separately
GC Score can narrow the field using one comparable popularity signal. Before placing a bet, check the exact draw, settlement rules, payout structure and account terms directly with the operator.
Available draws
Operators can cover different international draws and betting formats. A high popularity score does not mean every lottery or market you want is available.
Payout and settlement
Check how prizes are calculated, whether payouts are fixed or linked to a draw, how ties or rollovers are handled and which result source settles the bet.
Limits and terms
Minimum stakes, maximum winnings, account limits and withdrawal rules can differ materially. Product terms do not enter GC Score.
Safer gambling tools
Lottery betting is still gambling. Use deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion tools when needed, and do not treat draw betting as a reliable way to make money.
Product boundary
A lottery bet is not an official lottery ticket
In this ranking, you are comparing betting products whose outcome is linked to lottery or draw results. You are not being ranked on access to official National Lottery tickets, and broad lottery-ticket or messenger services are outside this chart.
The Gambling Commission warns that lottery-themed betting can be confusing when presentation makes a betting product look like participation in a lottery. Check what you are actually buying before you place a stake.
UK legal context
Some National Lottery outcome bets are prohibited
Section 95 of the Gambling Act 2005 prohibits betting licensees from offering bets on the outcome of lotteries that form part of the National Lottery. The government’s September 2026 Powerball consultation names Lotto, EuroMillions and Thunderball as examples already covered.
Powerball joined the National Lottery portfolio on 21 July 2026, while a technical gap means third-party bets on the underlying US Powerball draw can still be offered at the time of this update. The government is consulting on bringing Powerball into line with the wider prohibition. Availability can therefore change.
Methodology
One lottery-betting-specific search signal per brand
Step 1 — current cohort: we use a bounded set of current UK-facing brands with a lottery-result betting product verified before measurement.
Step 2 — attributable query: each brand contributes one semantically attributable lottery-betting-specific branded Google UK query. “Lotto”/“lottery” variants are diagnostics only; they are never summed and are not chosen simply because they return a larger number.
Step 3 — GC Score: the selected search values are transformed with log1p and min-max normalized across the same comparable pool to produce a 0–100 relative score.
Web traffic is excluded: total domain traffic would compare large sportsbooks’ entire businesses with specialist lottery brands, rather than isolate lottery-betting popularity on a comparable basis.

Relative branded search popularity — not betting quality
Ranked: 11 brands with comparable attributable UK lottery-betting-specific branded search measurements.
Ties: exact equal measured inputs share the same public rank. We do not invent an ordering where the signal does not distinguish brands.
GC Score 0: the normalized floor in this measured pool. It does not mean zero customers, zero searches in every wording variant or no real-world popularity.
No separate monthly Trend is shown for this profile yet.
Transparency
Product eligibility, legal context and popularity are checked separately
Product liveness was reconciled from current operator evidence before measurement. The Gambling Commission’s guidance is used for the betting-versus-lottery boundary, while current government material is used for the National Lottery/Powerball legal context.
Popularity measurement uses SearchVolume v1.6 with Google UK data collected on 15 October 2026. The public chart shows normalized GC Score rather than every raw diagnostic query value.
Frequently asked questions
About this UK lottery betting ranking
Which lottery betting site is most popular in this ranking?
Betfred is #1 because it has the highest measured lottery-betting-specific branded search popularity in this profile. That is not a claim that it offers the best betting product for every user.
Is lottery betting the same as buying a lottery ticket?
No. A lottery bet is a wager whose settlement is linked to a draw result. It is not necessarily participation in the underlying lottery, which is why this ranking excludes broad official-ticket and lottery-messenger products.
Why does this ranking not use website traffic?
Several brands are large sportsbooks while others specialise in lotteries. Total domain traffic would measure very different product mixes rather than lottery-betting popularity on a comparable basis.
Why are Lottomart and The Pools both #10?
Their selected semantically canonical search inputs sit at the same measured floor. Giving them different ranks would imply a distinction the chosen comparable signal does not support.
Does a GC Score of 0 mean nobody searches for that brand?
No. GC Score is normalized within this ranking. A score of 0 marks the floor of the selected comparable inputs, not a claim of zero customers, zero searches across every possible query or no popularity.
Why not call these the “best lottery sites”?
Because this chart measures popularity of a specific betting category. It does not comprehensively score odds, payouts, draw coverage, bonuses, support or overall product quality, and broad lottery sites are a different category.
Lottery betting is gambling. Outcomes are uncertain and losses can accumulate even when the product resembles a familiar lottery format. Set limits, stop when gambling is no longer affordable or enjoyable, and use self-exclusion or professional support when needed.
