Top esports betting sites in the UK — ranked by popularity

This edition includes 16 betting brands whose current esports offering for Great Britain we could verify from first-party sources. The order preserves each brand’s overall UK betting GC Score; it does not invent a separate esports-quality score.

Popularity among betting brands with verified esports

We first verify that a brand has a current esports betting offering relevant to Great Britain. We then preserve its GC Score and relative order from our main UK betting sites ranking.

This table therefore answers “which popular UK betting brands also offer esports?” — not “which site has the best esports odds, markets or product?”.

These higher-ranked parent brands had suggestive evidence, but this bounded review did not produce current first-party proof strong enough for inclusion. We do not treat them — or other unverified parent brands — as ineligible simply because evidence was not found in this pass.

What does #1 mean?

bet365 has the highest overall UK betting GC Score among the brands whose current esports offering we verified. It does not automatically mean better esports odds, more markets or a better product.

How to use the ranking

Use popularity to shortlist; compare the esports product separately

GC Score can narrow a long list using overall betting-brand popularity. Before placing a bet, check the games, competitions, markets, prices and settlement rules that matter to you directly with the operator.

Games and tournaments

Check whether the site covers the titles and competitions you follow, such as Counter-Strike 2, League of Legends, Dota 2 or Valorant. Coverage does not enter GC Score.

Markets and odds

Compare the actual markets and prices for the same event. A more popular betting brand does not automatically offer better esports odds.

Live betting and settlement

Review rules for maps, postponements, substitutions, technical problems and in-play settlement before betting.

Safer gambling tools

Use deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion tools just as you would for any other form of betting.

Methodology

An objective filter over the main UK betting ranking

Step 1 — eligibility: we require current, sufficiently direct first-party evidence that the brand offers esports betting relevant to Great Britain. Search silence is not evidence that an esports product does not exist.

Step 2 — order: eligible brands keep the GC Score and relative order from the frozen UK-BETTING-GPI-v1.0 profile. We do not calculate a new score from esports-specific traffic, searches, odds or editorial opinion.

The derived UK-ESPORTS-FILTER-v1.0 profile is an eligibility filter. Commercial relationships do not decide which brands enter and never alter their order.

What it measures

Overall popularity, not esports product quality

Ranked: 16 brands with verified current esports availability and a comparable overall UK betting GC Score.

Pending review: 2 higher-ranked parent brands where this bounded pass retained uncertainty rather than forcing a yes/no classification.

GC Score does not measure esports-only traffic, esports bettor counts, betting volume, market depth, odds quality, bonuses or overall product quality.

Transparency

Esports availability and popularity are checked separately

Eligibility uses current first-party operator pages, betting rules or help documentation that directly evidence an esports betting product. The Gambling Commission confirms that offering esports bets to GB consumers requires the relevant betting licence.

The ranking order itself comes only from the frozen UK Sports Betting parent ranking. A newly verified brand can be inserted according to its existing parent GC Score without recalculating popularity to favour it.

Frequently asked questions

About this UK esports betting ranking

Which esports betting site is most popular in this ranking?

bet365 is #1 because it has the highest overall UK betting GC Score within the verified esports subset. This is not a separate score for its esports product.

Why might a well-known betting brand be missing?

Inclusion requires sufficiently current first-party evidence of an esports offering relevant to Great Britain. If that evidence remains unresolved, we do not assume either that the brand offers esports or that it does not.

Does GC Score measure esports popularity only?

No. This page inherits the overall UK betting GC Score and applies it only after an objective esports-availability filter.

Why not call these the “best esports betting sites”?

Because the data ranks popularity within the eligible subset. It does not comprehensively score odds, market depth, promotions, apps or every aspect of user experience.

18+ · Gambling involves risk and can cause harm

Esports does not remove the risks of gambling. If betting is affecting your finances, work, mood or relationships, stop and use limits, self-exclusion and professional support.
